Facts this matrix may use
Thirteen cards, two sequences, one pure. Drop prices spoken as 20 and 40 in Points are illustrative. This desk has no certified empirecasino rule PDF.
What you control versus what you do not
Discard is public information. Pickup from open is a named-group test. Middle drop is a priced option in Points and may be illegal in Deals. Declare is legal or it is a full count. Chance still owns the closed card.
A tree you can say out loud
Pure sequence exists? If no, everything else is decoration. Can the discard reduce point load without gifting a neighbour? After pickup, can you name two sequences? If no, do not declare.
What this desk will not call strategy
Win rates. Guaranteed shows. Superstition about seats. Those need a dataset we do not have.

Three decision trees that must not collapse into one slogan
Tree one is Points: priced exits exist. Use them when the remaining point load is a likely full count. Tree two is Deals: exits may be closed, so the tree starts with do I accept the whole set. Tree three is Pool: the running total is the real hand, and a pretty show that still adds 40 to a 90 stack is how 101 arrives. Collapsing those trees into play tight is how people write strategy pages that do not mention a bound.
Expected value talk without a dataset is costume. This desk will not print a percentage chance that the next card completes a 4-5 of clubs. You can feel that the closed deck has many ranks. You cannot order it. That feeling is not a number. Anyone selling a number is selling a different object than this matrix.
Dropping as identity is the other costume. Some players never drop because they do not want to look weak. That is not skill. In Points it is a refusal to use a priced option. In Pool it can be a refusal to survive. In Deals it may be irrelevant because the door is locked. Identity is not a tree.

Hope branches are chance wearing a work ethic.
Never drop is the third slogan and it is identity, not skill. Identity will not pay a full count for you. If the next sentence in your head is I will recover on the next bound, you have left strategy. The limiter board is the document. This third pass will not follow a chase with a clever discard.
Bound-tagged tips only
A tip that cannot wear a bound name is not a tip. Say it with Points at the front or throw it away. Say it with Deals at the front or throw it away. Say it with Pool at the front or throw it away. If the sentence will not accept a bound, it is a slogan and this desk already refused it.
Chance still owns the next card after every well-tagged tip. You can defend a discard. You cannot order the closed deck. That limit is the whole poster. People who erase it are selling comfort. Comfort is not a tree.
If tagging the bound makes you realise you are about to switch formats to recover a loss, you have left the matrix. Write the ceiling. Stand up. The helplines on the limiter board do not need a strategy note to pick up.
