A document checklist you can refuse to leave
Keep the original identity card in your hand. Do not mail it. Do not give it to a person who called you. A refusal script you can say out loud
I will not send my card on this messenger. I will not pay a personal UPI to unlock KYC. I will not use a relative's PAN. I will not film my room for a card game. I will not complete a check if my state blocks the activity. Those five sentences are the third pass. Practise them before a polite agent asks you to be helpful.
